Join Judi to practice a sequence of poses designed to strengthen your hips and to increase your range of motion and flexibility. We will practice standing poses, seated poses and supported backbends, creatively using props to support the practice. This class will be dynamic and fun, and is accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners.
