Relax and open your heart in restorative poses where your body will be completely supported by bolsters, blankets, bocks and straps; a grounded, calm, stable and supple state of being is available to you! Once your body is open and your mind is quiet, we will practice a few forms of meditation, both lying down and seated.
This is a perfect experience for those familiar with meditation and for those who are brand new to this ancient and beautiful practice.
