Join Judi for a fun practice using Breathe's very special "Rope Wall." By transforming your relationship to gravity, the ropes assist in focusing on specific parts of the body and refining the dynamics within a yoga pose. We'll be taking the body forward, backwards, sideways and upside down - come play!
All levels welcome (no shoulder injuries, please).
